Doc Steinitz is the keyboardist and manager of BLUES THERAPY.  The band name emerged from his daytime profession as a psychologist, and those who know him grasp how "therapeutic" the band is to his mental health. Doc has played in many bands over the years, but has focused his energy on BLUES THERAPY over the past seven years. He loves a variety of music styles, and is a particular fan of Bonnie Raitt and Eric Clapton.  Improvisation has been the hallmark of the band, and those who have become fans have loved the changing musical landscape that evolves from familiar tunes.  Doc's enthusiasm and joy in playing music is clearly visable to all who have the pleasure of watching and listening to the band.
